   When SNJBP decided to take a look at the future of the Green industry, we went to Ed Hutchinson, one of the region’s most visible business leaders and the President of Hutchinson, which serves the tri-state area and concentrates solely on serving the mechanical/electrical and energy needs of their commercial, institutional, and residential customers.

We certainly want to be careful that the sale or purchase of an investment does not create adverse tax consequences. For them this disclaimer is largely defensive in nature. But for the consumer, consulting with a tax advisor in advance of an investment decision can have positive results.
